About Recipe

Cake is a form of sweet food made from flour, sugar, and other ingredients, that is usually baked. This is vase shaped litchi flavor cake

Ingredients
1cup Maida
1/2cup condensed milk
1/2 cup full cream milk
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
1/2cup cold water
1/2tsp Fab Litchi essence 
Method
  • Wet Mix:
  • In a bowl add cold water , oil and condenced milk, milk and fab litchi essence and give it a good mix slowly.
  • Dry Mix:
  • In a seperate bowl seive maida along with baking powder and baking soda.
  • Now  add dry mix into wet mix and use cut and fold method by adding milk gradually.
  • Grease the cake mould with butter and dust it with maida.
  • Add the batter into the cake mould and tap it once so that batter is equally spreded in the mould.
  • Preheat oven for 180 degrees for about 15mins.
  • Bake it at 180°c for 30-35 mins.Use tooth pick to check if cake is baked property or not.
  • Let the mould cool completely for 15-20 mins and then demould it.
Assembling

1.cut the cake into half. place it into a cake base and apply whipping cream. cover entire cake with cream 2. Use air brush technique to colour the cake with brown colour. 3. Insert the flowers into cake to give it flower vase shape
